In honour of the upcoming Disney movie "Brave", Kaeli has turned into a medieval Celtic girl. 
I figured out how to make bows and arrows, and Kaeli (or should I say Ceilidh) tried hard to grow dreads...too bad she couldn't convince me that she could go without baths.  Her last request is for a cloak, so that is next on my list.

Family Fun Weekend

We have been so busy lately, that we decided to skip all activities and just spend time as a family  We started with a lazy Saturday at home. We stayed in our pjs all day, made slime, played games and watched movies.  On Sunday, we spent the day in Banff. We started off at the Upper Hot Springs.  We then went to High Rollers in town for some bowling, snacks and pool. Awesome atmosphere and music, and great food and beer! We then went for a walk through town. Spaghetti Factory for dinner.  Finally, we went skating at the Fenlands Recreation Center. What a fantastic weekend!
