Kaeli's 7th Un-birthday ParTea!


 Kaeli had five friends over to celebrate her birthday with an Alice in Wonderland party.
Luckily Auntie Melly was visiting and could help out!

 They made Mad Hatter hats.


 They painted tea towels using carrots as stamps.

 I made her a huge Mat Hatter cake...
(the bottom two layers are actually just inverted cake tins)

Anna and Evie were away at play dates during the party, but each enjoyed some cake when they got home.  Milo kept peeking over the table to see what he was missing : )

Family Fun Weekend

We have been so busy lately, that we decided to skip all activities and just spend time as a family  We started with a lazy Saturday at home. We stayed in our pjs all day, made slime, played games and watched movies.  On Sunday, we spent the day in Banff. We started off at the Upper Hot Springs.  We then went to High Rollers in town for some bowling, snacks and pool. Awesome atmosphere and music, and great food and beer! We then went for a walk through town. Spaghetti Factory for dinner.  Finally, we went skating at the Fenlands Recreation Center. What a fantastic weekend!
