Happy New Year!

We celebrated at Telus Spark Science Centre and it was phenomenal. They lit hydrogen filled balloons on fire during the count down to Noon Year's Eve and then released all of the children onto the bubble wrap covered floor when we hit noon. The kids then had a dance party on the bubble wrap to the tune of Happy and tossed beach balls. So fun!

Family Fun Weekend

We have been so busy lately, that we decided to skip all activities and just spend time as a family  We started with a lazy Saturday at home. We stayed in our pjs all day, made slime, played games and watched movies.  On Sunday, we spent the day in Banff. We started off at the Upper Hot Springs.  We then went to High Rollers in town for some bowling, snacks and pool. Awesome atmosphere and music, and great food and beer! We then went for a walk through town. Spaghetti Factory for dinner.  Finally, we went skating at the Fenlands Recreation Center. What a fantastic weekend!
