Victoria Day Weekend

 On Saturday, we biked to the Military museums and visited their 'Heroes of Tomorrow' exhibit.

 On Sunday, we biked to the pool and had fun swimming before heading to Heritage Park.

 I made ribs from scratch for the first time.  They were a big hit.
 On Monday, we biked to the zoo.  The Land of Lemurs exhibit is opening in July!
A well deserved cool off after all that biking.  It was 28 degrees : )

Family Fun Weekend

We have been so busy lately, that we decided to skip all activities and just spend time as a family  We started with a lazy Saturday at home. We stayed in our pjs all day, made slime, played games and watched movies.  On Sunday, we spent the day in Banff. We started off at the Upper Hot Springs.  We then went to High Rollers in town for some bowling, snacks and pool. Awesome atmosphere and music, and great food and beer! We then went for a walk through town. Spaghetti Factory for dinner.  Finally, we went skating at the Fenlands Recreation Center. What a fantastic weekend!
