Calgary Washbrooks

An absolutely gorgeous day!  I got my first farmer's tan of the season. It really was this sunny and warm! After the picnic and water play in the backyard, we were off to the park. Anna rode all the way to the dinosaur park and back on her tricycle. My serious girl cracked up laughing every time she was pushed on the swing.

Look at those freckles : ) Anna 'babysits' Evelyn while I put the groceries away. We went to the model train show.  It was packed, but the girls loved this large set that was on the ground so they could see everything, and of course the lego train set!

Looks like Dada is getting this little chick for Easter!

The girls loved playing outside this weekend! This was Anna's face when Ian dug out the box houses to play with. It was a busy day for Evelyn too. She actually stood on her own for the first time (without holding on to anything), and learned to climb up stairs - uh oh! Evelyn takes a peek at the last of the snow pile. What a cutie : ) This is her new hangout spot. Kaeli running for the box houses!

The girls had 'green day' at school. I made Green Velvet cake balls for the potluck lunch at work.
